Stay away from these Contractors as it could <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbs.sa.gov.au\/news\/penalty-welcomed-unlicensed-builder\">cost you dearly<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>You can bet that these contractors do not carry insurance, don&#8217;t have the legitimate expertise and don&#8217;t care about a long term relationship with you as a customer and that puts ALL the risk on YOU whether you know it or not!<\/p>\n<p>You could lose Your Home if You Choose the WRONG Contractor!!!<\/p>\n<p>Avoid the contractor scam! Look out for the fast-talking contractors who simply come into your home to &#8216;Sell the Job&#8217;! and then hire unskilled, unlicensed or an illegal worker to Fix it!<\/p>\n<p>Whoever you consult, make sure their employees are insured and legal.
